After your poster is accepted

Authors of accepted contributions will be invited to complete their participant registration. Registration instructions will be sent directly to them.

  • At least one author of each accepted contribution must confirm attendance.
  • Attend WAIMLAp 2026 in person at the PUCP campus.
  • Present the poster during the assigned poster session.
  • No registration fee for confirmed participants with an accepted poster.

Your work does not have to be finished to start a conversation.

  • A question asked in front of a poster can improve a methodology.
  • A discussion can reveal a new research direction.
  • A preliminary result can get the feedback it needs to become a stronger contribution.
  • A conversation between people who had never worked together can become a new collaboration.
